What's inside

Goals for the quarter

Three goals, each with a why and three milestones to tick. And a list of what's not this quarter, so it stops nagging.

Three months at a glance

An undated month grid for each month — write the dates, mark what's due.

Life pages

Bills & subscriptions · Family dates · Habits (13 weeks of dots) · Things & warranties · People & numbers · Places & trips · Watch & read · Mood & wellbeing. Written once; read every Sunday.

Thirteen weeks

A weekly page (top three, the seven days, what's due, money this week, habits to keep), then two pages for every day.

Two pages a day

Left: top three, the schedule from 6 am to 10 pm, what's due today, six habit boxes, spent today, mood, one good thing, tomorrow first. Right: a dotted page for notes.

Three reviews

At week 4, 8 and 13: seven questions, fifteen minutes. Then a page to carry forward into the next quarter.

A daily spread: the plan on the left, a dotted notes page on the right
Two pages a day: the plan, then your notes.
Life pages: bills & subscriptions, and the habits grid
The Life pages: bills, dates, habits, things — written once.
The weekly page beside a daily page
Sunday's weekly page, then the week's days.
The goals page: three goals with milestones
Three goals for the quarter — and what's not this quarter.

Paper for the day. The app for everything that has a date.

The planner and the Lifeable app share the same areas. The book is where you think; the app is where the bill reminds you three days before, the birthday repeats every year, and your AI can read it all. The app is free for every area — start there, and keep the book beside it.

Questions

Is it dated?
No. Thirteen undated weeks — start on any day of any month. One book is one quarter.
What size is the printed book?
A5 (148 × 210 mm), 225 pages, 100 gsm paper, lay-flat binding. It's printed to order and shipped across India in 7–10 working days.
Do you ship outside India?
Not yet. The PDF is the same book — print it at A5, or two pages per A4 sheet, or use it on a tablet with a pen.
What's in the PDF?
The complete 225-page planner as a PDF, A5 pages. The download link arrives by email within a minute of paying and works twelve times, so save the file.
Is this the same as the Lifeable app?
Same areas, same idea, on paper. The app does the reading for you — reminders, a Today page that builds itself, your AI connected. Many people use both: the book for the day, the app for the dates and bills. The app is free.
Can I get a refund?
The PDF: if the download doesn't work for you, write to hello@lifeable.co within 7 days and we'll refund it. The printed book: unused, within 7 days of delivery, less the return postage.
