Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Lifeable, a service of Grandfield Media. By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

Lifeable helps you record and be reminded about your personal life. It is for personal use by one person per account. You are responsible for what you enter and for keeping your login private.

Plans

The Free plan has the limits shown on the pricing page. Lifeable Plus is billed monthly or yearly in advance and renews until cancelled; cancel any time and it stays active to the end of the paid period.

Reminders

Reminders are a convenience, delivered by email. We work hard to send them on time but cannot guarantee delivery, and you remain responsible for your own payments, appointments and obligations.

Acceptable use

No unlawful content, no attempts to break or overload the service, no automated scraping beyond the connector we provide.

Ending the service

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms. If we ever discontinue Lifeable we will give at least 60 days' notice and keep export available.

Liability

Lifeable is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Grandfield Media is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the service; our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous 12 months.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
