Privacy Policy

Lifeable is a personal-life organiser operated by Grandfield Media ("we"). This policy says what we keep, why, and what you can do about it.

What we store

Your account (email, name, password hash or Google identity), your settings (currency, timezone), and the records you create in Lifeable: expenses, renewals, tasks, habits, health notes, goals, people and occasions, trips, places, saved titles and links, reminders. Lifeable does not accept file uploads of any kind.

What we never store

Government ID numbers, card numbers, bank credentials or passwords to other services. Please do not type them into Lifeable; records that contain them may be removed.

Why we process it

To show you your life, send the reminders you asked for, answer questions in the Ask box, and bill you if you subscribe. We do not sell your data and do not use it to train AI models.

AI

If you ask a question that code cannot answer, your question and the relevant records may be sent to an AI model provider to produce the answer. If you connect an outside AI (such as Claude or ChatGPT) through Lifeable's connector, that AI reads and, only if you switch it on, changes your records, under that provider's own terms. You can revoke any connection at any time.

Who else sees it

Our hosting providers (Hetzner, Vercel, Supabase), email provider (Resend), payment providers (Razorpay, Stripe) and the AI providers above, each only for the purpose named. Nobody else.

Your rights

Export everything from Settings at any time. Delete your account from Settings and everything is erased at once; backups expire within 35 days. Email hello@lifeable.co for anything else.
