When you get it

The Free plan is available the moment you create an account. Lifeable Plus is switched on in your account the moment Razorpay confirms your payment — usually within seconds, in rare cases a few minutes. You see it on the Billing page, and your invoice appears under Billing → Invoices.

If it doesn't appear

If Plus hasn't appeared within an hour of a successful payment, open a ticket from Help in the app or write to hello@lifeable.co with the payment reference. We put it right within one working day; if the payment can't be matched to an account, it is refunded.
