Connect your AI to Lifeable

Lifeable is an MCP connector. Claude, ChatGPT or any AI that supports MCP can read your life and, if you allow it, add to it — tasks, reminders, money, dates, trips, the things you own.

Set up in a minute

  1. Claude: Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector → paste https://app.lifeable.dev.gfmhq.com/mcp. ChatGPT: Settings → Connectors → Create → paste the same address.
  2. Your AI sends you to Lifeable. Log in (or sign up — it's free) and you'll see “Claude wants to connect to your Lifeable” with four switches.
  3. Choose what it may do and press Allow. You're back in your AI, connected.

Tools that take a key instead (Claude Code, Cursor): in Lifeable go to Settings → Connected AIs → Make key. Example: claude mcp add --transport http lifeable https://app.lifeable.dev.gfmhq.com/mcp --header "Authorization: Bearer <key>"

What you control

Every connection has its own switches, shown when you connect and changeable any time under Settings → Connected AIs. Read is always on. Add, Update and Delete are each on or off. A switch that's off means the AI doesn't even see those tools. Delete additionally requires the AI to ask you and confirm. Disconnect revokes the AI's access at once.

How it works, technically

Remote MCP server over Streamable HTTP at https://app.lifeable.dev.gfmhq.com/mcp. OAuth 2.1 with PKCE and dynamic client registration (metadata at /.well-known/oauth-authorization-server); or a bearer key. Every tool carries a title and read-only / destructive annotations. Tokens are stored hashed; access can be revoked by you at any moment. Lifeable's own API — no third party in between.

Your data
