Lifeable tracks your subscriptions and bills in one place — with your spending.
Subscriptions creep: a streaming service here, a gym there, a cloud plan you forgot. Bills drift the other way — paid, or was it? Lifeable's Money area keeps both, with what renews and when, what's paid and what's planned, and what the month adds up to — next to the expenses and the budget they belong with.
What Money keeps
Name, amount, renewal date, repeat. The month's total at the top. A reminder before each renewal.
Due date, amount, paid or planned. Mark paid in a tap — the payment date is kept, and the amount becomes an expense.
Spend in your own currency and categories; every record keeps its currency, totals read in your home currency.
A monthly cap for everything, or one category — a bar you can read at a glance.
Where it went — by category and by month, for expenses, bills and subscriptions.
The next bills and renewals, on Money, on Today, on the Schedule and the Calendar.
How to set it up in ten minutes
- Open Money → Subscriptions and add each one you pay: amount, renewal day, monthly or yearly.
- Open Bills and add the regular ones: rent, electricity, insurance, school fees, with their due days.
- Set a reminder lead for each — three days before is a good default.
- Set one monthly budget. The bar on Money shows spent against it.
- From then on, mark bills paid as they come; Lifeable does the rest.
Or tell your AI: connected to Claude or ChatGPT, paste the list — "Netflix 649 monthly on the 5th, gym 1,500 on the 1st…" — and it's added.
Questions
- Does Lifeable connect to my bank?
- No, by design. You enter amounts; nothing touches your bank. It keeps facts, not statements.
- Can it handle more than one currency?
- Yes. Each record keeps its own currency; totals are shown in your home currency.
- Does marking a bill paid count as spending?
- Yes. A paid bill is recorded as an expense in the bill's category, so the month's spending and reports are right.
- Is Lifeable free?
- Yes. The free plan includes every area, 500 saved items and 3 months of history. Lifeable Plus is $9 a month (₹799 in India) for more room and history.
- Is there a phone app?
- Yes, on Google Play for Android; the web app works in any phone browser. An iPhone app is coming.
