Lifeable is one app for your tasks, bills and birthdays.

Most people keep these in three places: a to-do app, a spreadsheet or a banking app for bills, and a calendar (or memory) for birthdays. Lifeable keeps all three, and its Today page shows them together — the call at 10, the electricity bill due today, Mom's birthday on Sunday — in one list.

Lifeable's Today page with tasks, reminders, habits, medicines and bills in time order

How the three live together

Tasks

In To-do: a day, a time, a priority, a repeat. Overdue first, then today, then the week.

Bills

In Money: electricity, rent, insurance, school fees — due date, amount, paid or planned, and a reminder email the days before.

Birthdays

In Family: birthdays, anniversaries, festivals, school and health dates — each can carry a plan (cake, venue, invites).

One Today page

All three appear on the day they matter, in time order, grouped by area. Nothing is typed twice.

Schedule and Calendar

What was missed, then the next 30, 90 or 180 days; and a calendar by day, week, month and year across all of it.

Email reminders

A task at its time, a bill or a birthday the days before you chose, and an optional morning summary.

Add it once, where it belongs

A bill goes in Money and shows up on Today, the Schedule and the Calendar by itself. A birthday goes in Family and does the same. You don't copy things into a list — the list is built from the facts.

Or just say it: connect Claude or ChatGPT and type "rent 18,000 on the 1st every month" or "Riya's birthday 14 March".

Questions

Can it remind me before a bill is due?
Yes — pick how many days before, and the reminder arrives by email. A paid bill is recorded as an expense, so your month's spending stays right.
Does it know Indian festivals?
Yes. Built-in festivals by country are suggested in the Family area with one-tap Add — Diwali, Dussehra, Holi and the rest for India, plus sets for other countries.
Can I plan a birthday, not just remember it?
Yes. An occasion can carry a checklist plan — cake, venue, invites — with each step ticked off.
Is Lifeable free?
Yes. The free plan includes every area, 500 saved items and 3 months of history. Lifeable Plus is $9 a month (₹799 in India) for more room and history.
Is there a phone app?
Yes, on Google Play for Android; the web app works in any phone browser. An iPhone app is coming.
